Collation: 8 unsigned leaves, B-C8, D4, E3, E-F8, G4, H3, I-K8, L4, M3, N-O8, P4, Q3. Not in American Bibliography or OCLC. This popular work on conduct has various been ascribed to Robert Dodsley, Philip Dormer Stanhope Earl of Chesterfield, and John Hill. Apparently Dodsley wrote the first part (often attributed to P.D. Stanhope, Earl of Chesterfield). Sir John Hill wrote an unauthorized second part which is often found with the later editions.
